Failed caulk lets water sit behind tubs and showers, where it stains grout and feeds mildew. We cut out the old bead and apply a clean, flexible, watertight silicone line around tubs, showers, and sinks in Chicago bathrooms.

This service is often combined with refinishing so the new finish meets a fresh, even joint. Mold cleanup can be added when residue remains on the old line.
